The £22m, 3,801m2 school provides 150 specialist places, funded by Brent Council and developed in partnership with The Rise Partnership Trust. It sits within the borough’s wider SEND capital investment programme, which is targeting the delivery of more than 400 additional specialist places – a response to demand that has


been rising at around 10% per year over the past decade, echoing the national trend in Education, Health and Care Plan numbers. This state-of-the-art educational facility was designed by architect Sense of Space and delivered using an industrialised construction process.


Reds10 manufactured 121 precision- engineered modules at its facility in East Yorkshire before transporting them to London and assembling them on site, making it the largest three-storey school the company has delivered to date.
