Humanscale expands Ocean Collection The new Freedom Ocean chair combines Humanscale’s renowned ergonomic design with reclaimed fishing nets and ocean plastic. It expands the Ocean Collection of sustainable, high- performance seating by Humanscale. This release reinforces Humanscale’s commitment to combating ocean pollution by transforming discarded materials into sustainable workplace solutions. Building on the legacy of Niels Diffrient’s iconic Freedom Chair, hailed as “the gold standard in office seating” and featured in the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, the Freedom Ocean reimagines this ergonomic classic through the lens of sustainability.
Sculpting kitchen innovation The modern kitchen has evolved far beyond a place for cooking, it’s a space where creativity flows through food preparation and style makes a statement. Recognising this evolution, Franke has developed two new Pescara tap models, the Semi-Pro (pictured) and the J Pull-Down uniting professional performance, exceptional functionality and sustainable design in a solid stainless steel finish. The Semi Pro model is built from premium stainless steel and features a slim, refined handle which houses an extremely small 25mm cartridge for precision control, while a laminar aerator in the spout delivers a crystal clear, non-splashing water stream with very low noise. The flexible hose offers dual spray options, with a reach ideal for rinsing round bowls and helping with food prep, smoothly docking and held securely into its magnetic holder.

New utilities range wows the workplace Keller’s versatile, durable, and stylish utility room range of units makes it possible to design this popular “work” room in a beautiful way; and it has recently been extended. With a series of tall, base and wall units, and interior fittings, a bespoke utility room can be created, where ease of use and design go hand in hand. The cabinetry is available in
all melamine decors while the interior comes in white, mist or graphite. The base unit for washing machine and dryer is equipped with a metal support frame for the safe placement of appliances and the designer can choose an option with or without a storage tray for a laundry basket. The extra deep high unit is equipped with a suspension system with hooks for storing a vacuum cleaner and various cleaning materials. The utility room range has been tested by the renowned testing- and certification centre TUV Rheinland in Germany on several aspects such as stability, sustainability and mechanical safety.
