Moss UK brings expertise to exhibitions
Moss UK has celebrated its first anniversary at London’s historic Tobacco Dock.
The signage specialist has helped bring 37 branding projects to the grade-I listed site, most notable was its Google takeover event which earnt them both a Gold Award and the Best in Show accolade.
This project transformed the dock with more than 1,300sq m of materials, including vinyls, freestanding graphics, and lamp post flags. The partnership has established Tobacco Docks as a sought-after venue for events welcoming notable guests such as Prince William, Bill Gates and Rihanna.
Moss has also installed 430 individual prints at Immerse LDN as part of the F1 exhibition in London. Six rooms were decorated with print and graphical elements including silicon-edged graphic (SEG) fabrics, Foamex boards, neon films and kiss-cut vinyls.

HP has launched a new series of Latex printers, the FS50 and FS60. The hardware has been designed to upgrade with customer expectations and keep up with technological advances. The scalable platforms will help extend the life and use of the printers without customers needing to purchase a new product. The company has also made its Live Production

Those were the words of Printing Charity’s president, Baroness Nicky Morgan, as she entertained guests with a speech at the 195th Annual Luncheon.
Her speech also reinforced the message of the charity saying: “Asking for help is the first step towards feeling more prepared for what life throws at you.” The charity’s chair, David Phillips also addressed the attendees. He said: “The Luncheon is an important way for the charity to say ‘thank you’ for all the support the industry has provided us. “We’re proud to have been there for as many people as we have this year, but we know there are more people out there who need our help.” Mr Phillips also read out a message from charity Patron His Majesty the King and updated guest on what has been a busy year for the organisation.

CMYUK appoints new EFI technical product manager
CMYUK has promoted invaluable Amira Bouchiba as she continues her nine-year career with the company as EFI technical product manager. Having previously worked as an academy manager, she is widely recognised as one of the leading product specialists in the wide format print industry.
Ms Bouchiba will work closely with the CMYUK sales team to drive EFI investment by aligning the brand’s technical strengths with real-world productivity gains for customers. Additionally, she will work alongside the CMYUK engineering team to deliver customer support and will represent CMYUK and EFI at trade events. Sue Hayward, CMYUK’s commercial director,
