Worcester Bosch has announced that sales & marketing director Jo Shepherd is to succeed CEO Carl Arntzen, who will step down at the end of March after 15 years in the post. Jo has served on the company’s board since 2022 and has more than 20 years experience across sales, marketing and customer strategy.
Humidity control specialist, Condair, has appointed Steve Winslet as its new MD. Steve joins Condair with over 20 years experience in leading fi rms across the manufacturing and building products sectors. He joins the company with a track record of successfully boosting growth in companies such as EcoTherm, SiG, Armarii and Victorian Sliders.
Scott Johnston has been promoted to product manager for LG in Scotland, following a successful fi rst year with the business. Scott began his career in HVAC in 2017 with Glasgow-based installer Fisher Group, gaining operations and estimating experience before moving into a national estimating role across the UK.
Grant UK has appointed Richard Moncur as its new renewables business development manager covering Scotland and Northern England. Richard will be responsible for supporting renewables business development across the region, working closely with developers, social housing providers, installers, contractors and merchant partners.
General HVAC Solutions has appointed Phil Baker as chief operating offi cer to support its next phase of growth. Phil joins from Hawco Ltd, where he was sales director, and will work with the senior leadership team to help drive business development and support the company’s long-term strategy in the HVAC market.
The specifi cation team at Lakes has been enhanced with the promotions of Pete Ward (pictured) to head of specifi cation and Richard Hammerton to national key account manager. The move is part of a plan to strengthen customer support and drive growth. Pete will lead the team’s operations and Richard will focus on buying group agreements and key accounts.
