The right people in the right roles can make all the difference


Mondelez International has appointed Amit Banati as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 July 2026. He will report to Chair and CEO Dirk Van de Put and join the company’s Leadership Team. Banati joins from Kenvue, where he most recently served as CFO.


Previously, he was Vice Chair and CFO of Kellanova, formerly Kellogg Company. During his career at Kellogg, he also served as President of its Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region, leading regional growth and transformation before becoming CFO. Earlier roles included senior management positions at Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft Foods, Mondelez’s predecessor following the Cadbury acquisition. Van de Put said Banati brings a combination of financial leadership


and commercial expertise across global consumer businesses, alongside experience in general management and emerging markets. Banati said: “I am delighted to rejoin Mondelez International. I


am excited to return to a company and set of brands that I know well. The company has an iconic portfolio, an advantaged global footprint and a talented team.” Following the appointment, Luca Zaramella will move from CFO to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He will focus on


commercial operations, including Mondelez’s four geographic regions, corporate sales, marketing and supply chain functions. Van de Put thanked Zaramella for his eight years as CFO, during which he helped shape the company’s financial strategy, and said his continued leadership would support profitable growth and value creation.

The Hershey Company has appointed Heather Hoytink as President, US, effective 8 July 2026. She brings more than 20 years of sales, operations and commercial leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, US Away From Home Beverages at PepsiCo. At PepsiCo, Hoytink led North America’s beverage


Ferrero has appointed Terence Viney as General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Viney brings 15 years’ experience with the Group, having held senior leadership roles across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He will oversee brands including


Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella and Tic Tac, while supporting expansion into ice cream, biscuits and better-for-you categories. Viney succeeds Massimo


D’Ambrosio, who moves to a new role within Ferrero in the US. He said returning to Australia was “a


real privilege”, adding that he aims to build on the region’s momentum while pursuing disciplined innovation and sustainable growth. Jerome Gray, Managing Director
