Over 350 world-class operators, suppliers, affiliates and start-ups convened on the 38,000 m² exhibition floor at Fira de Barcelona Montjuïc for the 2023 edition of SBC Summit Barcelona. GIO spoke to a number of key exhibitors to find out their thoughts on the show.

During the two-day event, we also rolled out an impressive line-up of new and enhanced offerings. Our stand was larger than ever, with a bigger bar serving colour-changing cocktails to align with our welcoming and playful brand image, first launched at ICE London in February. From Stand SB52, our team were proud to showcase our latest features, including new Bet Builder markets and Share-a-Bet, which capitalises on the increasingly popularity of influencer marketing in sports betting, by allowing bettors to share their betslips on social media after placing bets. The Barcelona exhibition attracted more than 15,000 delegates which presented a huge opportunity for us and made it an unmissable show. It is one of the most prestigious conferences in the industry and after a year which was underpinned by growth, we had the chance to cement ourselves as the number one platform in LatAm.
Throughout the event, highlighting our impact across LatAm was a key focus for us, as it has been for quite some time. We have been entrusted by some of the biggest brands in Brazil to greatly improve their content offerings and we have duly delivered.
Looking ahead to next year, we are planning to further boost our growth into regulated markets including Africa and LatAm, and help clients in this rapidly-evolving region to prepare for regulation, so they can hit the ground running with our fully-customisable solution.
