Allpack’s Packaging Engineer Service offers clients the ability to have their equipment repaired or serviced onsite through investing in a mobile workshop setup that carries genuine OEM parts for consistent reliability and for extra peace of mind all our repair work is supported with a 12-month onsite guarantee.
Clients can choose from the following levels of Packaging Engineering Services: • Priority Call-Outs: When your packaging process has stopped, due to broken down machinery, our engineer can be onsite within 24-hours to assess the issue and provide an onsite solution with our mobile workshop. • Remote Support: This is used to help assess an issue before attending site, or instead of, depending on the severity of the problem.
