British BS6920 Standard, which defines the criteria and test methods for materials that come into contact with drinking water. The approval therefore guarantees that a product complies with the safety requirements in force in the United Kingdom for the drinking water sector.


Very strict tests have to be passed in order to obtain the WRAS Approval, making it a prestigious recognition of

Boden And Ward solve stone dust issues with VertEx VP B


oden and Ward are a family owned stone masonry company based in Northampton but with a national footprint. Boden and Ward produce high grade stone work for a range of clients, ranging from staircases and fireplaces to refurbishment works for listed buildings.


In 2018, Boden and Ward identified an issue in their


own workshops with stone dust exposure and identified the VertEx system from AirBench as a potential solution. Following a site visit and inspection by Technical


Sales Manager Chris Dawson, two key problem areas were identified. AirBench Ltd recommended the VertEx VPL system – an extracted wall with pulse-cleaning filter system and final H13 HEPA filtration. B&W installed multiple VPL units in banks of 2 and


have now had the units in operation for around a year. AirBench provide an annual service contract but otherwise the units are easily serviced in-house.
