One trend that has slowly gained momentum, which we’ll see continue throughout the next year, is adding authenticity to any room. Homes are for living, and the lived- in look is the refreshing turn we all need. Personal objects and imperfect finishes will add personality and create a home, not to mention the touch of mess and clutter on the side just to keep things real.


Curves and rounds Soft, round, and curving shapes will take hold in architectural and interior designs in 2025. Rounded sofas, circular dining tables, lighting and focal points don’t just bring visual depth to a room, but they also create a sense of zen and harmony. Gone are the days of open-plan spaces where three rooms are made into one. This trend is all about partitioning spaces to define rooms and small areas. Where walls feel too fixed, interior glass partitions and windows take over, but for quick fixes, floor to ceiling book shelves and dividing screens can define a space while maintaining light and flow.
