TAPE HOLDS UP TO 50LB FOR RANGE OF DIY TASKS
Toolboxes could be a lot lighter in the future, thanks to T-Rex’s new Mounting Tape range. Forget nails, screws, staples and glue – these double- sided, permanent mounting tapes boast a ferociously strong adhesive that can hold weights of up to 50lb. The three tapes – Extreme Hold (on a roll or in strips) and Clear (on a roll) – adhere to metal, glass, wood, concrete, brick, tiles and ceramics and can handle wet and cold climates as well as being UV resistant and able to withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so it’s perfect for indoor or outdoor use. Very little product is needed to provide long-lasting,
super-strength sticking: the Clear tape only requires a two-inch strip to hold 1lb, while Extreme Hold only requires a 1.2-inch strip to hold 1lb. The user simply applies firm pressure to create a strong bond with the clean and dry surface, which builds over time to reach its full strength after 24 hours.
