1 1. Lathams helps put safety first

KYDEX contains Microban, which provides anti- microbial protection. This halts the growth of bacteria and a broader range of viruses, organisms, protozoa, and fungi such as mould or mildew. An ad- vanced thermoplastic, KYDEX can be moulded into any shape and matched with any colour and used for furniture, counters (such as bar tops and recep- tion desks), and doors, as well as in food preparation areas and washrooms. As a homogeneous product, any damage to the top layer does not nega- tively affect its anti-microbial properties or visual impact. 3. Intergas launches system filter
Intergas Boilers, in collaboration with Fernox, has launched the Intergas System Filter. Made from nickel-plated brass with a stainless steel particle filter, this high-performance in-line system filter will optimise the energy efficiency and longevity of the central heating system. The Intergas System Filter includes a 22mm spigot isolation valve (for the bottom connection) and Fernox’s unique Hydronic Particle Separation with magnetic filtration, which removes magnetic and non-magnetic system debris. The TF1 Omega flushing adapter, which is available separately, makes it easier to flush and clean the entire system from the filter point at full flow rate. The system filter is hassle-free to install on horizontal or vertical pipework and comes with a 15-year warranty. Made entirely from metal, it’s also 100% recyclable.

6. Triton gets clean
Shower manufacturer Triton has launched a new hot water facility to increase its portfolio of hygienic and space saving water heating solutions for commercial environments. The Instaflow Stored is particularly suitable for businesses such as workshops, hairdressers and sports facilities that have a requirement for hot water but don’t have access to pre-heated supplies.

The SKULL DV18DBXL 18V Brushless Combi Drill has a high maximum torque of 136Nm and comes 6.0Ah Li-Ion batteries with a fast charger with 38 minute charge time.
