Benchmarx introduces new design software
Available from Benchmarx showrooms across the country from March 2026, the addition of CDA and its Matrix-branded appliances completes Benchmarx’s range, delivering a comprehensive offering across all price points.
The range of Samsung appliances now available to customers across a number of categories, includes ovens, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, with Samsung’s SmartThings appliances containing features such as Dual Cook Flex ovens, enabling the user to access the top and bottom of the oven independently. The new products will make life simpler for homeowners, helping them to monitor and control their appliances using an app on their devices on selected models.

Most recently, the company introduced its new Paint-to-Order range in July, as an expansion to the Marlow range. The service is designed to deliver for personalised finishes while still working with trade timelines and installation standards.
The range includes 26 new trend-led shades, from neutral to modern tones and a wide array of blues and greens.

Benchmarx has invested in new design software to improve the pace at which its team members can produce kitchen designs. The new software, ArtiCAD, will significantly boost Benchmarx’s operation, with it now being possible to plan and render a kitchen design in under 10 minutes, with the CGI designs offering higher quality, and giving customers state-of-the-art, realistic visuals.
ArtiCAD provides more accurate designs, with the software also containing integrated pricing tools. It will make it quicker to go from design to the final price, which will benefit both colleagues and customers across the Benchmarx branch network.
The rollout of the ArtiCAD software has been three years in the planning, and the merchant has already had almost 300 team members across the country undertake training to use the tool before it reached branches back in June.
The merchant received support from ArtiCAD’s training team, alongside in house training teams, to ensure all designers and managers were comfortable with the software ahead of its launch.
ArtiCAD is also delivering nine in-person pop-up hubs to further support Benchmarx colleagues nationwide to ensure a faultless transition from the previous software. The merchant has already reported the software is having a positive impact in the branches using it, with kitchen designers now able to plan and render CGI kitchen designs much quicker, benefiting both homeowners and trade customers with a more realistic view of the final product.
