pring Fair, the UK’s number one marketplace for home and giſt retailing, is set to host 2019’s most
comprehensive Kitchen and Dining showcase. Bringing the latest industry ideas and concepts together under one roof, Kitchen and Dining 2019 is set to bring a plethora of new tastes, smells and sounds to the exhibition. For 2019, Spring Fair’s Housewares Live
partnership will be back and bigger than ever, with an entire centralised hub dedicated to exhibiting the best chefs, celebrities and experts using the most sought-after products. The new ‘Cook and Bake Live Stage’ will sit at the heart of Kitchen and Dining and will be a key destination and interactive attraction for visitors. As well as the Housewares Live partnership,
Housewares magazine, Housewares Innovation Awards and
housewareslive.net, Spring Fair 2019 will also welcome to the stage a dedicated exhibit for baking products. Working closely with the Association of Creative Industries, Spring Fair is set to offer an all-new sugar craft area. This will showcase the only products that matter for consumers wanting to create Great British Bake Off-ready masterpieces. The products on display will be accompanied by live, on-stage demonstrations of some incredible cake decoration and a range of other sweet treats. food products. This food market will see a number of new exhibitors showing off their artisan creations for visitors to purchase – and there’ll be a chance to sample the food, too. Spring Fair will provide inspiration to food and housewares industry attendees, embodying the emerging, but already transformative, trend of experiential shopping. Speakers across the Fair’s showcases will talk about how this trend is going to be what drives consumers back into high street stores – especially in the run up to the all-important golden quarter. For the Kitchen and Dining sector in
shoppers to get hands-on can all play a part in encouraging footfall. The offering, which this year saw a raft of
celebrity TV chefs flaunt their skills, will be 2019’s most comprehensive and ambitious kitchen and dining exhibit. Whilst the 2018 event welcomed the esteemed James Martin, Joe Wicks, Jeremy Pang and Ken Hom OBE – one of the world’s foremost authorities on oriental food – 2019 is on course to see even more chefs, more demonstrations and plenty more opportunities for attendees to get involved.
