IDEAL HEAT SOLUTIONS
Ideal Heat Solutions provided an emergency boiler in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to over 100 rooms after an
unexpected boiler breakdown at a student accommodation in London. In this situation the student accommodation’s existing boiler had failed in the early evening, meaning that there was no heat or hot water supply for the building’s dwellings.
The connections were already in place on this project which meant that the site would be properly prepared before the temporary boiler arrived. All that was left to do was to establish the power for the temporary boiler, which was done in a matter of hours. Ideal Heat Solutions provided its 250kW oil-fi red containerised boiler, 3,000ltr fuel tank, 40m x 50mm HTG hose and Heras fencing. A temporary boiler with 92% fuel effi ciency rating, the 250kW is a reliable solution that can meet any project’s requirements. Its reliability and pace ensure the consistent supply of heat and hot water.

BOSCH
Bosch Commercial & Industrial’s latest commercial boiler series is the Condens 7000 WP.
Installers can expect to save up to 60% on average installation times when
fi tting the Condens 7000 WP compared to the GB162 V2, freeing up time to complete other installs or wider administrative work.
This is thanks to a new frame kit design, simple install steps with minimal tools required and an easily accessible PCB.
Outputs of 50kW, 65kW, 85kW and 100kW are available to order now, with higher outputs of 125kW and 145kW launching later in the month.
The range are available as either a single boiler or a cascade pack, which suits a wide variety of system outputs and hydraulic requirements. The range has the ability to cascade up to 860kW and so also off ers the wider benefi ts of cascading. It is suitable for larger domestic properties as well as commercial, hybrid and communal solutions.

Classic steam boilers are exempt from SBG01 non- destructive testing requirements.
