The Battery Pack charges faster, holds charges longer and offers more charging cycles over its life than other batteries. Design Packaging invest in new high beam cutter

esign Packaging Group Limited, a specialist in packaging solutions, have taken delivery of their new
Zund G3 120mm High Beam cutter, to further their wide range of packaging services for its clients. Established in 1988, the Company designs and manufactures a wide range of specialist packaging for clients across the world from their 36,000 square feet state of the art production facilities based in West Sussex, England. Design Packaging Group Limited offer complete customer bespoke packaging solutions, through innovative design, efficient service, and high quality finished products. As customer demands diversified, intricate
design work has become a major client requirement. The Company replaced their previous case maker machine with a newer, updated machine. The previous case maker was great to use, but the Company found that this new Zund technology offered the high degree of speed, accuracy and range of materials that were able to be processed. The company were impressed with the
different materials the Zund digital cutter was able to process. James Budd, managing director at Design Packaging Group Limited says, “The versatility and modularity the Zund cutters offered was a huge appeal to us, especially the ability to just swap modules to cut different materials. Having one machine that can make both samples and production runs was exceptional.” Following a demonstration visit to the
Zund Global Headquarters in Switzerland, Design Packaging Group Limited opted for the High Beam Zund G3 Cutter to give them the extra clearance when processing materials such as foam up to 120mm, making them one of the very few Zund customers in the UK to have this configuration. James Budd says “It was a pleasure dealing with Zund, we were very impressed with the passion that the company showed. We could tell Zund had considerable experience in digital cutting.”
