The cost-effective X-Sticker applicator is simple to set up and benefits from a product sensor mounted on the conveyor belt, which automatically detects the position of the product as it moves along the conveyor. The sensor can be easily adjusted depending on the size and shape of the packaging, offering accuracy and reliability.
In addition to being easy to install and operate, the applicator features two potentiometer control knobs that enable operators to manually alter the conveyor speed and the label length.
Two variations of the durable LabelPack X-Sticker are available, a right-hand or a left-hand labelling model depending on the direction of the conveyor and the side of the conveyor where the applicator will be positioned. The X-Sticker also comes complete with a height adjustable, floor mounted, stand for increased flexibility and ease of use.
THE LABELPACK LABEL X JR LABEL APPLICATOR
The LabelPack Label X JR is a programmable, fully automatic wipe-on label applicator, which is ideal for medium volume applications. To boost productivity and efficiency within production lines, the applicator can accommodate conveyor speeds of up to 30 metres per minute. Furthermore, the Label X JR is designed for labels with a maximum width of 140 mm and lengths of up to 350 mm, as well as accommodating label rolls with a diameter of up to 300 mm. A version with a maximum label width of 250 mm is also available from AM Labels.
The LabelPack Label X JR can store parameters for up to 40 different applications, and operators can use the digital control unit to programme the label length and the speed of the conveyor, as well as to adjust the position of the label on the packaging. Additionally, the Label X JR offers advanced features to improve accuracy and efficiency, including automatic label recovery and a liner break alarm that alerts users to any faults with the liner.
Right-hand labelling or left-hand labelling variations of the Label X JR are available from AM Labels. Furthermore, optional, heavy-duty floor stands are also available to accompany the applicator, suitable for top labelling or side labelling, as well as an adjustable stand that can accommodate both top and side labelling, offering increased flexibility.

LABELPACK PANDA PRINT AND APPLY SYSTEM
The LabelPack Panda print and apply system is the newest addition to AM Labels’ label applicator portfolio, offering high performance print and apply capability. The Panda print and apply is available as either a four inch label width model or a six inch label width model, both of which are designed to be integrated with print engines from various leading manufacturers, including SATO and Zebra. In addition to benefitting from an operator panel and colour touch screen to display and store key parameters, the system has a maximum roll diameter of 300 mm and a motorised liner rewinder. The Panda print and apply system, which is available from AM Labels, comes complete with an ethernet port to facilitate simple integration with other systems. Furthermore, the high performance, industrial system also features a reel holder with a mechanical un-winder. Right-hand labelling or left-hand labelling variations of the Panda print and apply system are available. Additionally, the system is also available with pneumatic piston, linear motion and wipe-on options, as well as options to label any side of the packaging, including round- the-corner and front labelling.
