Ind Editor’s Note
Welcome to the February issue of Converter. The last couple of years have seen the sharply rising value of internet-based technology as our ability to meet face-to-face has been curtailed
by Covid and the restrictions imposed around the world. Certainly there is a place for online meetings and conferences and they will no doubt become a new norm and integrated with live events, enabling more people from more countries to be involved. However, there is nothing quite like an in-person meeting with the handshakes exchanged and bonds that are forged – so it’s good to see the live events making a come back this spring, albeit slowly and tentatively.
In this issue we take a peek at ICE Europe and shine a light on Flexo Technology. Other features within these pages include Carton, Board & Paper and Drying, Curing & UV, as well as Reel & Roll Handling.
I hope that you find it informative and interesting.
