Switchtec unveils eco-friendly POS displays for wholesalers
Switchtec has announced the launch of its latest range of eco-friendly Point of Sale (POS) displays, tailored for the wholesale sector.

eparting from traditional plastic- based blister pack POS setups, Switchtec has introduced a sustainable alternative that not only reduces plastic waste but also enhances convenience and efficiency for wholesalers and customers alike.
Traditionally, POS displays relied on plastic blister packs showcased on stands within wholesalers› premises. The new POS boards are made from high density foam centred PVC-free material, featuring images of Switchtec›s product ranges.
One of the key advantages of Switchtec›s new POS solution is space optimisation. By eliminating the necessity of displaying physical products on the shop floor, wholesalers can streamline operations and conserve valuable space. Customers can conveniently browse and select products from the displayed images, with the actual items stored securely within the
wholesalers premises.
Furthermore, each POS display is equipped with a QR code, providing instant access to Switchtec›s website. This enables wholesalers and customers to access up-to-date product information, detailed descriptions, quality approvals, product dimensions, and order codes.
To complement the POS displays, Switchtec has introduced a range of branded merchandise including counter mats, mugs, and pens, distributed exclusively to valued Wholesale partners. Additionally, Switchtec has unveiled a new Industrial Control Solutions shortform brochure, highlighting key product ranges available which complements the products on the POS board.
The POS boards cover a wide array of Switchtec’s control and panel products, encompassing the following: relays, DIN rail terminal and distribution blocks, 22.5mm
pushbuttons and control stations, LED pilot lamps, isolators and switch disconnectors, switch fuses and changeover switches, power supplies and transformers, timers and monitoring relays, surge protection devices, panel ventilation, audible and visual alarms and more.
