Kieron’s journey to support mental wellness and the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC).
ollowing a fall at work in October 2022, Kieron found himself grappling with mental health issues during his recovery period. Kieron’s journey toward healing took an unexpected turn when he discovered solace in running, with his brother Michael by his side. Kieron reached out to the EIC as he wanted to help generate awareness of the charity and the work it does for those in the electrical and energy sectors.
His journey isn’t just about personal growth; it’s a call to action for the entire community. He embodies empathy and determination, qualities that drive him to address the challenges faced by himself and his peers. By partnering with the EIC, Kieron amplifi es his impact, recognising the importance of established support networks in tackling mental health issues.
Kieron and his brother’s commitment to this new passion for running is leading them to participate in various races across the UK. Through their fundraising eff orts, they aim to shine a spotlight on the vital work of the EIC.
