Marshall-Tufflex helps deliver Lincoln council building refurbishment
Marshall-Tufflex’s range of Basor metal cable management has been utilised extensively for the refurbishment of Lincolnshire County Council’s Orchard House.

pecialist electrical contractor Brook & Mayo required a robust solution that was competitively priced and, importantly, could be supplied in line with the short project timescales. The newly opened Orchard House in the centre of Lincoln includes both the city’s new, larger registry office and office accommodation for Lincolnshire County Council staff. Before Orchard House could fulfil this role, the council needed to undertake a refurbishment of the building. A key part of this was installing new cabling to ensure the five floors of 600 sq m office space had the power and data connections required, as well as connections for fire alarms and emergency lighting throughout the building.
