OK AristoRod® 38 Zn solid wire reduces spatter, porosity
for more productivity when welding galvanised steels
New 300W configurable power supply is introduced to Cosels RB Series, suitable for Factory Automation & Robotic Control
T
he new RBC300F is suitable for factory automation and robotic controller applications. The new 300W AC-
DC open frame configurable power supply measures at 114x38.3x203mm and offers triple output with UART Communication Interface for monitoring & control of up to 49 commands (PMBus to follow).
The new RBC300F has 3 outputs, so no need for an
isolated transformer, the 3 outputs offer: 1. Output Slot 1 offers 240W with: 12V, 24V or 48V 2. Output Slot 2 offers up to 30W with configured outputs of: 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 16.5V, 24V, 48V, ±12V, ±15V
3. Output Slot 3 offers up to 30W with outputs of: 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 16.5V, 24V, 48V
The RBC300F offers efficiency rating up to 92% and a
universal input voltage range of 85-264V. There are options to have conformal coating, remote on/off, low leakage current, external hold-up capacitor bank as well as further options for chassis/cover and terminal blocks.

SAB’s OK AristoRod® 38 Zn is a solid wire with a specially alloyed formula that minimises porosity and
spatter on galvanized steels. It significantly reduces or eliminates rejects and rework, delivering optimised results when welding the galvanised steel components used in transportation, white goods, agricultural tanks and troughs, HVAC systems and construction (roofs, facades, gates, fences, stairs, catwalks). Through tightly controlled micro-alloying elements in
its formulation, OK AristoRod 38 Zn addresses the root cause of porosity and spatter associated with standard ER70S-6 wires without the expense or increased risk of burn through associated with metal cored wires. ESAB conducted head-to-head tests against other common options for welding galvanized steel. The results were conclusive: OK AristoRod 38 Zn offers the best performance at the lowest total cost of production. OK AristoRod 38 Zn is available in diameters of 0.8, 1.0
and 1.2 mm in 18 kg spools and 250 kg Marathon Pacs. ESAB

Wieland’s New sensor PRO safety limit switches ensure a safe, reliable position monitoring solution
T
he new sensor PRO safety limit switches (series SLS) from Wieland
provide safe position monitoring in virtually any industrial application. With a metal actuator that can be turned and swapped without tools, sensor PRO SLS switches are a highly reliable position monitoring solution rated to IP66/ 67. Series SLS switches are
suitable for use in conveyor object detection, end-position control, door position detection, and many other safety applications. Actuation of the switch contacts is monitored by Wieland’s safety relays, samos®PRO COMPACT safety controller, or similar devices and will shut down the machine immediately, addressing any safety hazard. The new switches have self-cleaning contacts that
provide a maximum reliability of 1mA at 24VDC and a life of up to 30 million operations. They offer the highest of switching even at very low currents and are extremely robust due to the metallic actuator and mounting bracket. Series SLS switches provide tool-free turning of the actuator and tool-free replacement of the actuator and actuators can be rotated or swapped in 45 ° increments by pulling the fastening clip.
