OKW Extends EVOTEC Range To Four Sizes
O
KW’s EVOTEC designer table-top electronic enclosures are now available in a new smaller 100 size – increasing
the range to four plan sizes. Ergonomic EVOTEC is elegant and comfortable to use –
but tough enough for challenging working environments. Applications include measurement and control engineering, IT, medical, laboratory and environmental technology. It can also be wall mounted for access control. EVOTEC is available in two versions: one with a large flat
top for switches, push buttons and touch displays; the other with a 12° inclined top for desktop applications. The sloping top version can be specified either with or without a recess for a membrane keypad or product label. The new 100 size and the recently launched 150 size are available only with the flat top. All EVOTEC enclosures have screw pillars both in the top and base for installing PCBs. Self-adhesive rubber feet ensure stability on flat surfaces. The enclosures are assembled using Torx assembly screws to prevent tampering (ideal for medical electronics).

ntroducing the RUGGEDrive™ – the memory solution that’s impervious to liquids, can endure the harshest chemicals on earth and pick a fight with a tank and live to tell the tale… Memory. All design engineers need it. But here’s the
problem: the most common memory solutions simply aren’t strong, secure or robust enough to meet the needs of a lot of users. And the ones that aren’t common might be ‘here today and gone tomorrow’. That’s what makes the RUGGEDrive unique. It’s built to last, and it uses a technology that makes it far more secure than its USB or SB counterparts. And it’s the same technology that’s been around for 30 years – it’s not going anywhere in a hurry.

Encapsulated AC-DC converters provide up to 36W and protect to IP67
owersolve, specialists in power supplies for the widest range of applications, announces three new series of plastic encapsulated AC-DC converters that offer protection to IP67 and are therefore suitable for use where the ingress of liquid and dust need to be avoided.
P
The PS12MK, PS20MK and PS36MK Series are switch mode power supplies that provide 10 to 36W from the universal input range of 90 to 264VAC. Output voltages across the 15 models in the PS12MK, PS20MK and PS36MK Series range from 5 to 24VDC.
They can be either chassis or wall mounted, feature Class II Safety and use less than 0.3W max when not under load. Input/output isolation is 3000V.
All models in the series feature overvoltage, short circuit and over current protection and meet all relevant EMC and safety approvals. Operating temperature range is -10 to 40C.
The PS12MK unit measures 56 x 39 x 2mm, the PS20MK 64 x 47 x 28mm and the PS36MK unit 133 x 50 x 34mm.
