Built on modern, energy-efficient LED technology, these offer both continuous and flashing
light options, provide 360-degree visibility, and can be configured with light colours in red, green, yellow, blue or white. For applications requiring both visual and acoustic warnings, siren or buzzer elements can be integrated to create a complete signal tower. Each light element includes a slide switch, making it simple to change between flashing and continuous light as needed. The signal towers consist of up to five freely combinable elements with an outer diameter
                            The PSRmodular XC product family
is designed for use in extreme ambient conditions and, with the easy configuration, safety-related applications up to SIL 3 and PL e can be realised. In addition, the modules have an extended
operating temperature range of up to 70˚C and corrosion protection with an additional conformal coating on the printed circuit board. The modules can now be used in zone 2
(ATEX) and Class I zone 2 (HAZLOC) hazardous areas up to temperature class T4.

of 70mm, and can be assembled without tools thanks to spring terminals in the connecting elements. A robust bayonet connector ensures a stable mechanical fit and allows later expansion if additional elements are required. For ease of use, the towers are also available as preconfigured complete units. norelem’s range also includes signal beacons with diameters of 62mm or 85mm, ideally suited
for short-distance signalling up to 20m or medium distances of 10 to 30m. The beacons operate for up to 50,000 service hours in a wide temperature range from -30˚C to 60˚C. Power is supplied via 24 V AC/DC, with push-in terminals integrated into the housing for simple installation. Almir Jakupovik, sales director at
norelem, said: “With the addition of signal towers and beacons, norelem customers now have access to robust and adaptable signalling solutions that enhance safety and efficiency on the production floor. “The modular design, energy efficiency,
and long service life of these products make them an ideal choice for modern industrial environments.”
