Designed for both single and 3-phase networks with a neutral conductor, this delivers precise data insights that transform energy management. Its versatility makes it ideal for production line machinery, including plastic moulding machines, food processing equipment, and automated systems.


  Without real-time and historical energy data, identifying wastage or underperformance is difficult. For example, plastic moulding machines may consume excessive energy during idle periods or when operating; and food processing equipment might experience energy spikes during cleaning cycles or inefficient production phases. The retrofit installation of an energy meter,


such as the DOLD RL9405, helps address these inefficiencies by continuously scanning and analysing operational voltages and currents throughout the production cycle. Its compact 35mm-wide design enables easy installation into both existing and new control panels.


  The RL9405 enables remote, real-time tracking of energy consumption through its Modbus TCP/RTU interface, seamlessly integrating with factory monitoring and control systems.
