In April, the company is launching MERLIC 5.7, with the focus on making MERLIC easier to integrate into existing process environments. The new version 5.7 improves the usability of MERLIC Runtime Environment (RTE) and optimises the handling of communication interfaces. MVTec MERLIC includes both powerful
conventional and state-of-the-art deep learning methods. In addition, its graphical user interface enables users to intuitively create complete machine vision applications. In MERLIC 5.7, the process of integrating MERLIC into machine control has been further streamlined. Configuring and running communication plug-ins now only requires MERLIC Runtime Environment (RTE), eliminating the need to start and manage an additional process.

for these complex industrial, mechanical and building automation tasks, WAGO’s PFC300 is equipped with a powerful dual-core 64-bit CPU, 2 GB of RAM, and Gigabit Ethernet ports. Running on an open Linux operating
system, it provides seamless integration with WAGO’s 750/753 Series I/O modules. In addition, it is programmable with CODESYS V3.5 and supports various industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and OPC UA. The Docker- and cloud-capable
architecture allows for the integration of third-party open-source applications.
