install, operate and relocate in a small footprint of either 2.3 sq. metres for the Mini, or as little as 1.4 sq. metres for the Micro. Both systems offer the possibility for operators to double their output with up to half the preparation time, compared to manual welding, the company states. The Micro system is supplied complete with robot and controller; and its hinged door opening provides options even though it’s a very compact system. The Mini system has a revolving door and table, which again means maximum flexibility within a compact system. The systems are designed to allow quick changes of jigs, and ensure a consistent quality of weld. Both systems incorporate a MOTOMAN-AR900 robot with YRC1000

controller, a start/stop button panel and fume extraction hood. They also feature a platform and casing with dark green polycarbonate glare shield protection and CE-marking.

all the new engineering components which the company has introduced over the last three years. It runs to 160 pages and includes, amongst more, information about the company’s popular Profile Connector 90° for all common slots and for use with the wide range of grey and aluminium- coloured components offered. The update also includes FATH monitor products, featuring a portfolio

allowing the construction of ergonomic and Industry 4.0 compliant workstations. Further examples of the latest products included are FATH’s latest generation of workstation Friction Joints which the company says has become a big seller following introduction.
