ENCLOSURE & SAFETY SOLUTIONS SUPPLEMENT
CUSTOM PLASTIC FABRICATED
ENCLOSURES FROM EVATRON
When an off-the-shelf enclosure doesn’t
meet the needs of your requirement, plastic fabrication is a cost-effective solution for
low volume production of your own unique enclosure, as Evatron explains
P
lastic fabrication is a cost-effective solution for low volume production of your own unique enclosure, when an of-the-shelf
enclosure cannot be found to accommodate your PCB/electronic components or offer the styling required for your product. There are no tooling and moulding costs for a plastic fabricated
enclosure and a rapid turnaround from concept to a finished quality enclosure can be achieved in as little as two weeks for a prototype and four weeks for production. With a little extra time we will print your logo and legends to deliver
a plastic enclosure designed, manufactured and branded to your exact requirements. If a higher specification is required, plastic fabricated enclosures can be made to UL94 V-0 and gaskets fitted where an IP65, IP66 or IP67 rating has been specified. Evatron also offers a customisation service for all its off-the-shelf
enclosures, with machining, printing, labels and RFI shielding. Cost and time saving benefits can be achieved by having the customisation work carried out at source by Evatron. Small quantities are not a problem and an experienced team will work with you to ensure an accurate, professional result. To discuss your
project and get a quotation, call Evatron’s friendly sales team on 01908 325100 or email your design to:
