MASTER drag chains with new divider system
T
o meet the heterogeneous demands of applications in the field of Industry 4.0, KABELSCHLEPP Metool has developed the new MASTER drag chains
LE60/LE80 with the innovative divider system
TS3. The reduced wall thickness lets customers benefit from more interior-space: compared to the previous drag chain, this achieves a vertical space saving of 50 % and 37.5 % in the horizontal. At the same time, they are easy to open and fill, for time-saving harnessing from all sides. The MASTER drag chains LE60/LE80 with the newly
developed divider system TS3 combines space-saving, flexible inner distribution with very quick opening. The space-saving separators are available in 33 different lengths, allow inner distribution across 5 levels, while locking dividers ensure permanently tight seating. This series offers quiet, weight-optimized drag chains with a favorable ratio of inner to outer dimensions. Thanks to the fixable dividers, these are suitable for arrangements laying on their side and high lateral accelerations. They feature plastic stays, making this a full plastic version for the first time. In combination with a support tray or guide channel as well as TRAXLINE cables, the MASTER series forms a ready-to-install system which is available as a pre-assembled TOTALTRAX complete system including connectors.

Since their introduction earlier this year, LOCTITE Universal Structural Bonders have proved their ability to
improve assembly applications, streamline process steps and bond materials in applications with difficult requirements. And playing a considerable part in their success has been Henkel’s ability to provide the optimal dispensing equipment for the task.
