The Ferroli commercial range consist of 4 categories:


1. WALL MOUNTED GAS BOILERS (60kw to 600kw Cascaded) – Force W Boiler


Key Benefits


• High power condensing thermal module, designed for single installations or in sequence up to 600 kW


• Hydraulic, gas and flue gas accessories for cascade installation, with 2, 3 and 4 modules


• Pre-assembled heat exchanger with elements in aluminium-silicon alloy engineered for the maximum efficiency and minimum pressure drops on the water circuit.


• Total pre-mixing unit, for a micro-flame combustion with very low polluting emissions (Class 6 according to EN 15502-1). The metal micro-fibre burner can run on Natural gas or LPG.


• The efficiency of the system and preserving the mechanics of the machine.


2. FLOOR STANDING CONDENSING OIL AND GAS BOILERS (65kw to 2600kw) – TP3 COND Boiler


Key Benefits


• High-water steel condensing boiler ready to be Installed with oil or gas jet burner


• Three flue gas passes • Floating combustion chamber with cooled end plate and a very low volumetric heating


• High efficiency system, Maximum operating pressure 6 bar, Maximum design temperature 100°C


• Very small frontal size for an easy access to the thermal power station


3. CAST IRON BOILERS (32KW to 650KW) – Atlas A, Atlas D, GN2N & GN4N


Key Benefits – Atlas A (32kw to 95kw)


• High efficiency cast iron boiler body, featuring 3 pass technology, insulated with high density rockwool


• Available in 5 sizes from 32kw to 95kw • Silent operation thanks to low flues turbulence


• Conic chimney stack, to easily adapt to different tolerances of flue pipes diameters


• Control board includes thermometer, ignition switch, safety thermostat with manual reset and temperature setting knob


• Available complete range of one and 2 stages burners to be easily fitted, both for gas or liquid fuel


• The Cast Iron Section have a 10 Year Manufactures Warranty.


Key Benefits – GN2N (90kw to 252kw)


• GN2N is a heating only boiler suitable for use with forced gas, pressure jet oil or dual fuel, with the option of a jet burner.


• Available in 10 sizes from 90kw to 252kw • Boiler body consists in preassembled cast iron sections, with partial reverse flame and cooled combustion chamber.


• For ease of maintenance all cleaning of the flue ways is carried out from the front of the boiler.


• Control panel is fitted for connection of a two stages burner and electronic control unit.


• The Boilers can be supplied as Pre-assembled or Un-assembled and we offer Site Assembly


• The Cast Iron Section have a 10 Year Manufactures Warranty.


4. PRESSURISED STEEL BOILERS (92kw to 6000kw) – RSW Boiler


Key Benefits • Pressurised Steel Boiler, suitable for use with pressure jet gas, oil, or dual fuel jet burner’s • Reverse Flame Boiler Body, fully insulated with a 80mm thick layer of Glass Wool • Front Door with double layer of Insulation and Reversible Opening (Right and Left) and door centring in a unique mechanism.


• Carefully designed with a system optimising fluid circulation inside the boiler, thus improving thermal exchange and minimising stress on the materials. • Max Operating Pressure: - 6 Bar – Higher Pressure Specification on Demand
