M&E Senior Commissioning Manager
An opportunity for a Senior Commissioning Manager
has arisen to join a well established Building Services Company operating in London and the Home Counties.
The successful candidate must have a strong background and track record in Building
Commissioning Management, and demonstrate that they can take a lead in the commissioning process, driving and motivating the on-site teams of
contractors to meet the programme and deadlines. Duties will include Commissionability studies at an early stage of the contract, be able to develop a commissioning plan, develop commissioning
programmes, prepare commissioning reports, review method statements and commissioning strategies, chair commissioning meetings, witness testing,
problem solving, and the drive and enthusiasm to deliver contracts.
