Instrumentation Live

Visitors will be able to view demonstrations of a wide range of AP Technologies’ sensing and light source components including:

OtO Photonics spectrometers: The ultra- compact SilverBullet and RedBullet series provide laboratory-grade performance in a ruggedised form-factor for non-destructive real-time analysis in the field.

Broadcom Time-of-Flight sensors and SiPMs: These solutions offer precise distance measurement and high-gain, low-light detection down to the single- photon level, providing robust alternatives to traditional sensors in fields such as medical imaging and lidar.

LEDs from Silanna UV and Opto Diode: AP Technologies’ portfolio covers the spectrum from UVC at 230nm through to UV, visible, near-infrared (NIR) and short-wave infrared (SWIR) for significant applications such as medical sensing and disinfection.

Opto Diode silicon photodiodes and APDs: The company will be showcasing their established silicon photodiodes alongside new silicon and InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (APDs).

Mid-infrared emitters and detectors: Explore AP Technologies’ range of thermal IR emitters and lead salt (PbS/ PbSe) detectors designed for industrial gas sensing and analysis.

Laser diodes from LDX Optronics and QD Laser: This selection includes high-power multimode emitters from 405-1900nm alongside singlemode visible and NIR laser diodes to suit diverse integration requirements.

The AP Technologies team offers the technical expertise to help you select, integrate and optimise the right solution for your application. From initial concepts to full-scale production, the company is their to help solve complex design challenges and improve system accuracy, durability, size, weight and power specifications.

Coplan offers protective and tool control solutions to some of the world’s largest engineering and manufacturing organisations for tool and equipment storage and control. The company is the home of award-winning KIT, an intelligent tool and equipment inventory. KIT allows customers to ‘supercharge’ their processes around tools and equipment with features which allow super efficient audits, damage reporting, calibration management and document storage. Coplan’s Wayne Stant says: “KIT is our flagship intelligent tool management software, designed to be a simple, fast and effective solution that production teams actually want to use. While we won Calibration Product of the Year last year, KIT goes far beyond calibration, helping manufacturers in highly regulated sectors like automotive, aerospace and food and drink gain real improvements in efficiency, control and visibility across the entire tool and equipment lifecycle. Instrumentation Live is a great opportunity to show what KIT can do and share our latest innovations with the people responsible for keeping production moving, helping them identify ways to simplify their tooling visibility, compliance and accountability.”

Micro-Epsilon will present a broad portfolio of high-precision sensors and measurement systems at the event, highlighting its latest developments in non-contact measurement. Commenting on Micro-Epsilon’s attendance, Glenn Wedgbrow, business development manager at the company, comments: “We’re excited to be exhibiting at Instrumentation Live 2026. It’s a great opportunity for visitors to check out some of our latest sensors and measurement systems, including colour measurement sensors and our surfaceCONTROL 3D sensors for inspecting the finest of structures on components, as well as form deviations on large-area attachments. Other new products on the stand include the optoCONTROL 2700 LED micrometer, now with Industrial Ethernet interfaces, and the new thermoMETER range of non-contact infrared temperature sensors, which are 100 per cent-in-house developed.”

With a heritage stretching back more than 50 years, Polytec is internationally recognised for its high-performance non-contact optical measurement systems used across research, development and production environments. Its technology portfolio includes laser Doppler vibrometers, non-contact velocimeters and optical surface metrology instruments deployed in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics and precision engineering.
