EARLY LEAK DETECTION ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

uring the construction phase, it is crucial to recognise leaks as early as possible. This effectively prevents environmental damage, repair costs and construction delays. Moisture penetrating walls, floors or ceilings can cause massive damage, especially from leaking water pipes.

Conventional methods such as manual pressure tests or selective visual inspections quickly reach their limits. What is missing is continuous, intelligent monitoring.

DIGITAL SOLUTION: THE LEAK MONITORING SYSTEM FROM AWOSSA With digital leak monitoring, AWOSSA offers a powerful and self-sufficient solution for the construction industry. The system recognises leaks at an early stage, alerts the user automatically and helps to prevent costly damage before it occurs.

Core functions of the system

Permanent recording and evaluation of pressure and temperature data

Real-time detection of leaks directly on the construction site

Automatic notification by e-mail or SMS when limit values are exceeded

Intuitive web interface for configuration and data analysis

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

The sensors continuously monitor the installation during the entire construction phase, and even the smallest deviations in pressure or temperature are reliably detected and the responsible persons are notified immediately.

PRECISE MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY: THE 23SD TRANSMITTER

AWOSSA relies on a specially developed solution from KELLER Pressure for pressure and temperature measurement: the 23SD series. The customised pressure transmitter is based on the proven 9LD pressure transmitter capsule, featuring chip-in-oil technology. The electronics are located directly

The integrated battery ensures self-sufficient operation. Once activated, the system automatically starts monitoring. All recorded data is transferred to the AWOSSA cloud in encrypted form using “Secure MQTT”. It is stored there and visualised graphically. Limit values can be conveniently and individually defined and customised via the web interface.

Advantages of the 23SD at a glance Minimised power consumption High measuring accuracy Excellent long-term stability No hysteresis

Fully welded construction

With digital leak monitoring from AWOSSA, potential leaks can be detected during the construction phase – quickly, reliably and completely automatically. A solution that not only creates safety, but also saves time and money.
