She chairs several key IPC committees including, Product Assurance, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Acceptance of Cable and Wire Harness Training, European Standards Development, and IPC Training Programmes Advisory. Her leadership has earned her multiple IPC awards, including the prestigious IPC Presidents Award.

Certified as a Master IPC Trainer across numerous standards, Debbie is among the few qualified to deliver the specialised IPC Space Addendum training. Her active committee work ensures A.R.T.’s training remains current with industry developments, providing customers with technical excellence and insight into evolving standards. She is also committed to mentoring emerging engineers and developing bespoke training solutions that enhance product quality and operational excellence.


In the Academic Support category, A.R.T. is recognised for its sustained work in bridging the STEM skills gap. As a proactive STEM advocate, A.R.T. has pioneered industry-first initiatives and developed bespoke training solutions in collaboration with manufacturers to meet specific

product, process, and compliance needs. Through consultancy, audit preparation, training kits, and IPC materials supply, A.R.T. provides practical and impartial support to both established manufacturers and the next generation of engineers. Rising Star - Ben James, Master IPC Trainer MIT has quickly become a vital member of the training team in just over two years. With extensive experience in cabling and wire harness manufacturing across military, medical, aerospace, and space sectors, Ben significantly strengthens A.R.T.’s training capabilities. He actively updates course syllabuses, develops bespoke training programmes, and contributes to IPC committees, helping shape industry-recognised standards. Ben has been instrumental in developing STEM and skills gap workshops, supporting A.R.T.’s commitment to bridging workforce challenges through education and training initiatives.
