FAST RESPONSE DRY BLOCKS Dry block calibrators are ideal for thermocouple calibration, offering a wide temperature range from -45°C to 1200°C. Their compact design suits both laboratory and field use. Precision inserts ensure good thermal contact and immersion depth for accurate comparison calibrations. When used with a reliable reference thermometer, they provide fast, accurate, and traceable results.
LOW UNCERTAINTY STANDARD THERMOCOUPLES Our range of standard thermocouples, including Platinum/ Platinum Rhodium, Platinum/
Palladium, and Gold/Platinum types, supports uncertainties as low as ±0.2°C to ±0.55°C across the range from 0°C to 1330°C.
THE HOMOGENEITY CHALLENGE—SOLVED The Model 881 Homogeneity Scanner offers a fully automated solution for evaluating thermocouple uniformity. Inhomogeneities in thermocouple wires can cause significant calibration errors. The 881 allows laboratories to identify problematic regions, determine annealing needs, and assess uncertainty due to inhomogeneities.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE CALIBRATION FURNACES
The new Model 547 Thermocouple Calibration Furnace delivers exceptional stability (±0.08°C) across a wide range from 150°C to 1200°C. Designed for flexibility, it can be used vertically or horizontally - including pass-through calibration of multi-zone thermocouples. With programmable automation and fast cool-down via Dynamic Heat Flow Technology, the 547 is an ideal solution for calibration professionals.
THERMOCOUPLE REFERENCE JUNCTION UNITS
To ensure traceability throughout the calibration chain, Isotech supplies precision cold junction units to suit everything from a
laboratory to a nuclear power station.
