challenges that I experienced but even so, the pastoral support I’ve had has made a real difference to me. I can see Air Products is a business that cares about the people that work for it. That makes me want to stick at it, work
hard and stay for the long-term. If every apprentice had the ‘people-first’ experience I’ve had, I’m pretty sure the engineering sector would do much better at finding and – critically, keeping its apprentices.
