Compliance Officer: Electrical Safety Compliance Officer: Gas Safety

Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming and Haslemere and the villages in between. We are currently hiring for some very exciting positions within our Housing Operations services.
Compliance Officer: Electrical Safety As a professional Compliance Officer with strong contract management skills, you will have experience of working with contractors and have subject matter and technical expertise in your field of electrical safety. In this role you will ensure that the Council homes and common areas meet all
required regulatory standards and internal policies to ensure the safety of our tenants and members of the public, through the delivery of periodic testing, servicing, maintenance, and upgrade programmes of work. You will manage procurement of contracts and contractor performance to a high quality and deliver cost effective services.
Compliance Officer: Gas Safety For this role we are looking for someone with technical expertise in gas safety and experience of working with contractors. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing contractors delivering Gas Safety in Waverley homes while developing new solutions and delivery models to improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and customer experience. This role aims to ensure that council homes and communal systems are kept in a
good state of repair and are up to date with all relevant compliance checks and services. If you believe you have the right skills, we would like to hear from you.
