KEYNOTE Steph McGovern, Journalist and Broadcaster Steph McGovern is an award-winning journalist and presenter best known for her business-
focused programmes including The Rest Is Money podcast that she co-hosts. She has extensive experience exploring economic, industrial, and skills-related issues, offering insightful perspectives on workforce development and future skills. She is passionate about promoting skills and actively works with young talent to encourage aspiration, development, and pathways into careers.

Liggy Webb, Author and Presenter Liggy is an award-winning and best-selling author,
presenter, and international consultant. She is also the founding director of LWL, an international consortium of behavioural skills specialists. Liggy is recognised as a thought leader on human resilience and wellbeing, working with global organisations.
Liggy will be presenting a seminar session at 12:15 on Day 1 and at 13:40 with Adam Lacey from Assemble You on Day 2
Alexander Young, Founder, Virti A former NHS trauma and orthopedic surgeon
with a background in medical education and technology, Dr Young created Virti to address gaps in mental health support for students and professionals during their learning journey.

Emil Reisser-Weston, Managing Director, Open eLMS Emil founded Open eLMS in 2003 and has been the
creative driving force behind the company. Emil is a qualifi ed ergonomist and has been working with human-centred design, human behaviour modelling and artifi cial intelligence since the early 90s.
Emil will be presenting a seminar session at 12:10 in Theatre 2 on Day 2
Matthew Borg, Managing Partner, Breeio A recognised pioneer in applying AI to workplace
learning, Matt brings 30 years of experience across corporate communications and L&D, with a distinctive ability to harness technology in service of real business outcomes.
Matt will be presenting a seminar session at 12:00 in Theatre 3 on Day 1
Nelson Sivalingam, CEO & Co-Founder, HowNow Nelson is the author of the award-winning book
‘Learning at Speed’, and Co-Host of the L&D Disrupt podcast. HowNow’s learning experience platform is used by over 100 companies ranging from fast-growing companies like Depop,
Checkout.com, and Marshmallow to global enterprises such as Sanofi and Investec.
Nelson will be presenting on the Main Stage on Days 1 and 2, as well as hosting the interactive “Sip & Learn” roundtable session on both days
Ben Chambers, Founder, Talent & Leadership Club Ben leads partner development at Grant Thornton
UK and founded the Talent and Leadership Club. He has diverse experience across sectors, advises learning providers, supports learning tech startups, and enjoys family life and coaching football.
Ben will be facilitating a panel session at 12:45 on the Main Stage on Day 1
Abbi Anand, Head of Leadership development,
Deloitte UK Experienced Learning & Leadership Development Leader with a passion for building future- ready leaders, driving talent strategy, and embedding coaching cultures.

Rucha Roberts, Raise the Bar Rucha is Head of Client Solutions and Executive
Board Member at Raise the Bar, where she leads on implementing strategic leadership and talent development solutions for organisations across sectors.
