Who we are looking for We are looking for graduates who have completed a degree in the field of engineering, technical, business management or economics. Ideally, you will have experience working or studying abroad. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Careers Offered Build the Future is a three-year graduate programme. The first year is a job rotation in three different areas: research and development; operations; and commercial. Years two and three are spent on overseas assignments gaining knowledge and embracing a new culture.
