Premier Pathways is a two-year teacher training programme for graduates wanting a steady, salaried and comprehensive route into education. Upon completion, trainees will have a PGCE with no tuition fees and Qualifi ed Teacher Status (QTS) with the University of Buckingham.

Who we are looking for Premier Pathways is for high- achieving graduates seeking a career in education. You must be able to demonstrate a serious commitment to the teaching profession and improving the lives of young people. Previous child-related experience is desirable but not essential.
Careers Off ered Premier Pathways off ers positions across primary, secondary and SEN schools. You only apply for the school that suits your needs and preferences; we won’t place you just anywhere. This careful matching process ensures success for both you and the school.
Application Details We accept both specifi c vacancy applications and speculative applications. If suitable, you will be invited in for an assessment and registration day, and successful participants will work with their consultant to arrange their fi rst school interview.
Benefi ts Your PGCE, masters credits and QTS are achieved with no tuition fees whatsoever and you will also be paid for the duration of the programme. Our incredible support network of tutors and mentors will enable you to emerge as an outstanding, capable practitioner.
London and fringe: Year 1 – £13,650 and Year 2 – £17,550 England: Year 1 – £11,700 and Year 2 – £14,625, plus a free PGCE
