The Autism Exchange programme was established in 2015 in partnership with the Civil Service with the aim of exploring barriers to employment faced by individuals with autism. The Autism Exchange programme
offers access to paid work experience opportunities throughout the year in leading organisations and companies for autistic young people aged 16-25.
