Highly organized processes, before and after the festival, were key to success
between consultants and manufacturers. For Adriá Navarro, general manager of
Welbilt Iberia, the festival was a perfect test for the system. “We pushed Fitkitchen to its limits, in an environment where everything could go wrong: an intense pace, constant pressure, and zero margin for error,” he says. And that’s exactly where the system shone.
We turned complexity into something executable – almost simple.” Te experience has changed Umbert’s
perspective. “You’d imagine kitchen equipment companies as technical and bureaucratic, but Adriá is different and completely driven by purpose,” says Umbert. “Working with him has humanized the industry for me.”
Reflecting on the collaboration,
Navarro believes this is the direction that the industry should be heading, towards further integration between consultancy and technology. “When both worlds work in alignment, the result isn’t just good design – it’s an operation that works, scales, and is profitable,” he says.
