STEAMBOX MASTER
Te 7” touch-screen display is ideal for kitchens with less pressing needs. Steam is generated by vaporising water (INSTANT
mode) and can be set at two different levels to make sure food retains the right degree of moisture during cooking. Being able to choose between two different moisture levels ensures a consistently optimal degree of hydration in the cooking chamber, whatever the cooking technique or food. As with all Giorik ovens, Master is
equipped with a device that connects it with the Giorik Cloud.
HI-LITE AND HI-TOUCH, ULTRA-QUICK SALAMANDERS

maintenance time. Hi-Lite reaches cooking temperature in just eight seconds, thanks to heating elements housed in a reflective ceramic plate protected by a glass diffuser. Cycles can be programmed and stop automatically when they come to an end.
Hi-Lite Plus takes Hi-Lite technology to the next level: the Dish Detector feature activates heating by just touching it, while the Hold function maintains the temperature reached.
