An award-winning accountancy fi rm is making a series of key appointments to further strengthen the support it can off er its clients. Rushden-based Elsby & Co prides itself on being the
only accountant that its clients ever need or wish to consult throughout the lifetime of their business and beyond. To achieve this, it off ers a range of services covering
accountancy and advisory, corporate finance, estate planning and wealth management and it has developed a business hub for clients. All its services are delivered by an expert team of
professionals who are encouraged by Elsby & Co to take advantage of a wide variety of training and coaching opportunities. T e fi rm has recently been recruiting for a number
of high-profi le roles, including Audit Account Manager, Senior Accountant and Client Manager.

recruiting trainees through its robust annual work experience programme open to Year 12 students in Northamptonshire. The intensive programme includes telephone
screening interviews and a group workshop followed by an assessment carried out by its recruitment team which selects the top candidates to become its next generation of trainees.
