we will continue our investment and growth in our Milton Keynes offi ce. Over the past 24 months, we have expanded by adding an another 15 talented individuals to our team. T ese new recruits have already made signifi cant contributions, and we anticipate further additions that will bolster our existing capabilities to ensure we are able meet the requirements of our clients and the MK market. Our outreach programme promotes diverse career paths


and improves social mobility. In 2025 alone, as a fi rm, we have recruited 13 apprentices through the programme. We are deeply committed to the development and


success of Milton Keynes, both through our professional services and extensive community involvement. We support local businesses in navigating complex legal landscapes, empowering them to thrive and contribute positively to the local economy.

Recent CSR initiatives include: Charity Recycling MK, Baby Basics donations, Al’s Pals fundraising, MK SNAP gala dinner sponsorship, hosting SportsAid events, organising an International Women’s Day afternoon tea, and various MK Food Bank fundraising activities. Our community outreach programmes aim to inspire and support individuals locally, providing them with opportunities to build successful careers. As we look to the future, our focus remains on


developing innovative solutions to better serve our clients while enhancing their overall experience. Initiatives such as the integration of AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced CRM systems enable us to work more effi ciently, allowing us to dedicate more time to supporting our clients’ broader business goals. T is recognition at MKBAA 2025 is a testament to the


hard work and dedication of our team and our strong ties to the Milton Keynes community. Our commitment to training and development, alongside the recruitment of apprentices through our outreach programme, ensures we continue to grow and support both our clients and the region.
