Shell Lubricants acquires Allied Reliability P


ennzoil-Quaker State Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell USA, Inc.


has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of TFH Reliability Group, LLC, the parent company of Allied Reliability Inc. Allied Reliability provides


maintenance and reliability services for manufacturing and process industries. It also provides asset performance management, reliability consultancy services and industrial products to business-to-business customers in North America. “In addition to expanding the


range of lubricants products we can offer customers, acquiring a proven credible player in the industrial services space allows us to offer a ‘products-plus-services’ model that can help customers drive improve- ments in performance and safety for their equipment,” said Executive Vice President of Global Lubricants, Machteld de Haan. “This fits in perfectly with our global lubricants strategy to grow our premium


SUSTAINABILITY Nynas bio products receive ISCC Plus certification N


ynas has received International Sustainability and Carbon Certification


(ISCC) Plus certification for the bio-based products NYTRO BIO 300X and NYTEX BIO 6200. NYTRO BIO 300X is a transformer fluid while NYTEX BIO 6200 is a tyre and rubber oil.


ISCC Plus is a voluntary, globally


recognized sustainability certifica- tion scheme which allows companies to demonstrate the sustainability credentials of their bio-based, bio-circular and circular materials. “We are pleased to have received this certification for our two
