A spokeswoman for NHS
East Lancashire confirmed: “An application has been sub mitted to close the once-a- week su rg e ry . session a t Bolton-by-Bowland. This will be considered by the Contrac tor Services Panel following consultation with the prac-- tice’s patients and the local council.”
