The Role Working as part of a busy team, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking and processing customer orders on a daily basis. In addition, the role involves liaising with relevant departments within the Company and dealing with customer concerns/returns processes. General administration duties within the department w ill also be required.


The Person Those applying should be positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work on their own initiative and will ideally have gained experience within a similar role. A good knowledge of I.T systems and a confident and professional telephone manner arc essential, as are good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous to the role but not essential as fu ll training will be provided.


Candidates should have gained a minimum of Maths and English G.C.S.E (or equivalent).


Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, working 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8.30 a.m. To 2.30 p.m. On Fridays.
