THE Clitheroe division of the St John’s Ambulance had its annual inspection and presentation at a town centre venue. The newly-appointed
leader of the division is Mr Gary Taylor.
He will now be carrying
out duties with his son, Ben jamin, who was also awarded the cup for Cadet of the Year. The inspection, which was
held in the function room of the Dog, Clitheroe, was car ried out by Mrs Audrey
McLennan and Mr Sandy Bennie. Mrs McLennan thanked
the division for its hard work and dedication.
Awards were also present
ed to the Badger of the Year, Bethany Tomlinson, and to
the recently-retired secretary of the division, Mrs Mary Brogden, who received a clock and a bouquet of flow ers.
Mrs Brogden also received
a certificate for giving 500 hours of service in the last
