AS the curtain rose an air of anticipation filled the beau tiful old Grand Theatre, Blackpool, for Cole Porter's spectacular hit musical comedy, "Anything Goes". The premier of the show was held on Broadway in 1935, and the plot is full of merriment. The show features many

well-known Cole Porter songs which some of the audience enjoyed singing along to, "You're the Top"; "Its De-Lovely"; "All through the Night"; "I get a Kick Out of You”; and the title song, "Anything Goes" were among those per

Her co- star Jonathan Morris plays Billy Crocker, a love-sick American stockbroker who furtively stows away on board to try to win the heart of the love of his life, debutante, Hope Harcourt. Jonathan, is probably bet ter known as Adrian in the TV comedy "Bread", but

His Latin American dance with Reno brings about his love for her, mak ing the perfect match. A wonderful singing,
