Agents (NAEA) and the Residential Estate Agency Training and Educa tion Association (REATEA) have teamed up to launch a set of guidelines for agents keen to improve their cus
tomer service. The guide has been produced as the
result of a ground-breaking, Govern ment-funded research programme by the NAEA and REATEA into cus tomer's attitudes towards estate
agents.

tions at REATEA, said: "The toolkit provides a set of easily identifiable cri teria for evaluating performance across all aspects of customer service. "We are confident that this new ini
tiative will play a key role in helping improve the standing of the profession in the perception of the house-buying
